Kids Yoga Classes

With an enquiring mind, being in the moment, agile in body and fun in spirit, children are natural yogis.

Classes are taught from 2 years plus and grouped in age range i.e. 2-4, 5-7, 8-10, 11-13 years of age and from there they can attend adult classes.

Classes are adapted for their growing changing bodies and mostly presented in themed stories using imagination, morals, calming techniques and plenty of movement.

Sona has taught children's yoga privately, in yoga centres and primary schools in London.
