Even though most of us don't like to change (and why, you may ask, should we), change is the only constant in life. So perhaps going with the changes and perhaps even managing the process can make things more acceptable. Maybe this can keep us in the flow of life's ups and downs.

You Can Change has itself changed since I first had the idea in 2000. I changed too! I've changed careers, got married, had children and found myself going into the deep end of the special needs world. Perhaps it's just evolving but I've had to change a lot to stay on an even path.
